Duties:
- Write user s manuals for landline telephone systems and high-end retail products
- Liaise with different departments in PRC, HK, US and Canada during the product development cycle
- Monitor project schedule and edit documentation in terms of content organization, style, readability and consistency of format
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferrably in computer science, engineering, communication or related discipline
- At least 1 year experience in writing and editing user s manual
- Familiar with phone products a plus
- Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese (including potunghua)
- Strong organization skills and highly detail oriented
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign , Acrobat, Word and Excel
- Able to work independently and as a team player in a diverse environment
