Responsibilities
- Assist Program Manager to handle the clarification/negotiation of schedule and quality requirement, to frozen the product specification for project kick-off internally in project initial stage
- Work with functional teams to monitor the project schedule and quality requirement during product realization stage
- Co-ordinate with functional teams to execute the MP ramp-up plan to achieve the initial shipment on time
- Monitor the excess material and return rate during product productisation phase
- Handling after-sales service and co-ordinate with factory to resolve quality issues reported from customers
Requirements
- Master degree or degree holder in electronic engineering, project management or equivalent,
- Minimum 5 years Sales/Engineering experience and strong in technical support, schedule monitoring and co-ordination in electronic manufacturing industry
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese, able to communicate in Potunghua
- Travel to Dongguan office is required
