- Degree holder in Electronic Engineering or related discipline with at least 5 years relevant experience
- Possess strong technical knowhow in hardware design and development of telecommunications products especially for EU/US cordless device
- Familiar with EU / US / ROW approval and countries standards and/or requirements
- Lead and coach local and PRC R&D engineering team to develop corded and cordless phone products
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Potunghua is a must
- Frequent travel to Shenzhen or Dongguan office is necessary
- Immediate available is preferred
