  • Responsible for end to end order planning
  • Manage order fulfillment, monitoring of delivery schedules, supply technical information, handling order enquiries and address complaints
  • Work closely with vendors and internal partners to ensure order efficiency and healthy stock levels
  • Prepare and analyze logistics reports, analyze and resolve problems within the system and process
  • Lead ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistic or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Detailed-oriented, strong analytical, planning and organizing skills
  • Cooperative team player with polished interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office
