Responsibilities:
- Specialize in the area of CSR, staff engagement and recognition programs including application of ‘Caring Company’ and related awards;
- Responsible for full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding, employee engagement to off-boarding for the assigned business unit;
- Responsible for annual employee satisfaction survey and provide support on follow up actions as appropriate;
- Coordinate internal communication events and provide support to departmental communication initiatives;
- Assist in planning and budgeting the employee relations activities;
- Collaborate with relevant teams for issuing company newsletters.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
- Solid experience in planning and organizing CSR programs is highly preferred;
- Self-driven, meticulous, well-organized, good team player with strong desire for team achievement;
- Figures sensitive, problem solver with analytical and growth mindset;
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
