  • Support computing services on a day-to-day basis
  • Diagnose and resolve technology related problems on-site/ remotely
  • Perform regular tasks for computer operations, including hardware and software installation and configuration on desktops, laptops, printers, and varied handheld and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues for users that experience technical problems including email, applications, network, voice call, printer, active directory, file system etc


  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
  • Familiar with PC hardware & software and the administration of Linux / Apache / MySQL / Microsoft Windows / Microsoft SQL server, and network equipment
  • Experience in Lotus Domino Mail System administration is an advantage
