Job Description:

  • Support computing services on a day-to-day basis
  • Perform regular tasks for computer operations, including hardware and software installation and configuration on desktops, laptops, printers, and varied handheld and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues for users that experience technical problems including email, applications, network, voice call, printer, active directory, file system etc
  • Get quotation for laptop, desktop and printer

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
  • Familiar with PC hardware & Microsoft Windows
  • Experience in HCL Notes is an advantage
