Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage projects within the electronic toy development department.<\/li>\n<li>Lead hardware and software development for electronic toy products.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate cross\u2011functional product development activities to achieve competitive cost, strong product value, high quality, and on\u2011time delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure product quality meets required standards and complies with product specifications and toy safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and resolve product, quality, and performance issues with the development team, vendors, and manufacturing partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in product development, including at least 5 years in project management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability.<\/li>\n<li>Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks<\/li>\n<li>Good command of both written and spoken English and
