Across the globe VTech&#8217;s teams are working tirelessly to use the Group&#8217;s expertise and resources to make positive contributions to local communities. At the same time, we have stepped up efforts to ensure a safe working environment at our locations worldwide. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Australia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We launched &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/vtechanz\/photos\/a.1692558484300574\/2691021057787640\/?type=3&amp;theater&amp;fbclid=IwAR3zuiR5eBhZR5TudUpjLpmjRpFCU1dnbsQi3R4-5YFkQUP9AUxqbwNrG_A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">#LearnThroughThis<\/a>&#8221; campaign to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/watch\/?v=2729068787312710\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">donate toys to Save the Children<\/a>, supporting vulnerable families. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Canada<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We donated baby monitors to hospitals and supported children in need with learning toys in local community. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>France<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We launched &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/vtech.jouets\/photos\/a.168322986584164\/2850399911709778\/?type=3&amp;theater\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">#VTechEnsemble&#8221;<\/a> campaign to make financial donations to hospitals and give out toys to sick children. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Germany<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We donated phones to the volunteers and employees of Sibernetz, a telephone hotline supporting the senior citizens in Berlin. It enables Sibernetz to continue providing services when they have to work from home. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hong Kong<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We sourced surgical masks for our overseas employees. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mainland China<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Group has been producing face masks for local staff and workers. We also sourced surgical masks for a hospital in Dongguan. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malaysia <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We donated face masks and hand sanitizers to two local government departments which had been supporting at the frontline during the Movement Control Order. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>US<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>VTech supported the US communities in various ways during the COVID-19 pandemic:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Launched &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/learnthroughthis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">#LearnThroughThis<\/a>&#8221; campaign to offer free online learning content to keep kids learning at home;<\/li>\n<li>Extended free trial period of <a href=\"https:\/\/store.leapfrog.com\/en-us\/academy\/landing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LeapFrog Academy<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>Donated to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adoptaclassroom.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AdoptAClassroom.org<\/a>&#8216;s COVID-19 Disaster Relief Fund to support teachers and schools;<\/li>\n<li>Donated baby monitors to
