By drawing on VTech&#8217;s expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing, the partnership aims to accelerate the development and commercialisation of innovative devices for early detection of cardiovascular diseases.<\/p>\n<p>Established in 2020 under the City University of Hong Kong in collaboration with the University of Oxford and Sweden&#8217;s Karolinska Institutet, COCHE is a leading medical research and development centre. Its research areas encompass flexible sensing, biomedical and molecular imaging, nano-biosensing and AI (artificial intelligence) applications in health, with a focus on innovative wearables that collect key vital signs in real time.
