Development Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Understand the telecommunication market and market trends and propose new business ideas\/opportunities with long-term business plans, strategies, and competitive analysis and growth expectations to ensure profitable business growth through a sustainable business model<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop a differentiated product line targeting key applications together with the engineering team based on market pain points and needs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop and lead the execution of a long-term strategic plan including target, markets\/applications, internal and external milestones, and execution plan<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Own the pricing and commercial terms as well as profitability for the responsible products<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work closely with sales to develop customer relationships across different levels of the organization<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Hold regular business review with customers for business performance review and to find more new opportunities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate actions between the Project Management team, Engineering, Sales, and other functions including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Drive sales activities to meet and exceed the annual sales budget<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure tight coordination and alignment between regional sales teams<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or above in Electronic Engineering<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>3-5 years of relevant work experience including product engineering and business development<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in telecommunication systems, applications in telemedicine are highly preferred<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strategic thinking and strong business acumen<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Good communication skills, negotiation, and presentation skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Result orientated with strong leadership skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to work across regions and cultures preferred<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent project management and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficiency in English and fluency in Chinese
