Resources Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate the sports events with the organizing parties including but not limited to Dragon Boat Race, Sowers Action, Oxfam Trailwalker, Streetathon and Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Perform recruitment administration work, including job ads posting and interviews arrangement;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Perform HR related logistics work;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assist in HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related\u00a0discipline;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fresh graduates will also be considered, with HR &amp; administration related experience preferred;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Detail-minded, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight work schedule, hardworking, good communication skills;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficient in Microsoft Office and good command of English and
