The Company's Code of Conduct is an important part of the Group's internal control process. Employees are required to strictly comply with the Code of Conduct so as to ensure the Group operates to the highest standards of business conduct and ethics in its transactions and dealings with customers, business partners, shareholders, employees and the business communities. In order to strengthen the implementation of the Code, employees are required to certify in writing their compliance of it annually.
