Responsibilities:
- Main contact between factory and customers
- Oversee all commercial aspects including sales development, RFQ, contract review, NPI / MP launch, order fulfilment, scheduling, cost control, coordination and implementation of products and services for assigned customer accounts
- Conduct regular Business Review with customers
- Establish sustainable customer relationships, with the overall focus to ensure customer satisfaction and retention in order to generate business growth
- Ensure effective communications and successful execution of customer programs by cross-functional teams
- Lead project team & operations to meet internal & external customers' KPI targets
- Leverage resources between projects
- Develop talents from the team
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business, Management, and/or Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in managing EMS customers account in electronic manufacturing industries, with 2 years' solid experience in supervisory position
- Good business sense and mindset
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in electronics product development and manufacturing process flows
- Successful track records in growing business by meeting or exceeding internal & external customers' satisfaction.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
- Familiar with ERP system preferably SAP
- Stationed in Malaysia with occasional overseas travelling
