Responsibilities:

To follow and maintain our product quality policy and assure compliance on safety and reliability / performance requirement from regulatory and customers perspective

To lead a team of product quality engineers and IQC team to assure adequate daily operation with quality failure analysis and the implementation and subsequent corrective and preventive actions to eliminate quality defects

To drive change to enhance the company’s ability to proactively identify materials and product risks including chemical database management with proper cost optimization

To handle customer complaints and follow-up on the improvement including engineering changes with QE team

To assure the technical documentation process has been properly in place with support and response to customers enquiries

To manage the internal laboratories and testing team with process and resources optimization
Requirements:
-
Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
-
10 years’ experience in quality assurance in sizable electronics consumer product including toys, with at least 5 years at managerial level

A good technical knowledge of electronic consumer product products including manufacturing process control
-
Familiar with regulatory requirements and retailers’ programs including related requirements on electrical/electronic, physical/mechanical and chemicals

Good interpersonal skills, strong leadership and management skills

Analytical and strong in problem solving

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is also required

Able to work in both HK office and Mainland China factory or other overseas factory as needed
