We are seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Product Designer to design and develop toys for the infant and toddler categories. In this role, you will drive the design process from initial concept through to final production, ensuring our products deliver exceptional play value, aesthetic appeal, and developmental benefits for early learners.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Infant and Toddler Toys
• Perform market and trend research, generate innovative product ideas, and develop visual renderings and presentations to support product development.
• Execute detailed project work, encompassing concept mock-ups, prototype development, and sample preparation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant product design experience, preferably within the toy manufacturing industry.
• Strong hand-sketching skills and advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (3D modeling experience is highly advantageous).
• Strategic, self-directed working style with the ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Able to travel occasionally to our China office for meetings.
