Responsibilities:

Establish and monitor quality management systems and programs for product quality, manufacturing quality, customer and supplier quality

Manage customer incident cases and fulfil customer audits

Lead all assigned quality projects, drive problem-solving process and present proposals for solutions

Align and track project deliverables, report on progress and prepare presentation for internal and customer stakeholders

Implement cost control measures including

Assembly yield improvement and backend price negotiation
-
Identify areas of opportunities and gaps to drive technical audit and inspection, lab testing process excellence across different categories and countries
Requirements:
-
Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
-
10 years’ experience in quality assurance in sizable electronics consumer product or electronic toys industry, with at least 5 years at managerial level

A good technical knowledge of electronic consumer products

Familiar with the international toys safety requirements of REACH, SVHC, CHCC, California Props 65, etc

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented thinking and end-to-end mindset

Strong ability to work with regional and headquarter team for results

Frequent travel to our Penang plant for project transfer
