According to the agreement, the three parties will leverage their respective strengths to form a complete closed loop of “capital + technology + manufacturing.” Vengine, as the first venture builder for Embodied Intelligence hardware in the Greater Bay Area, will provide comprehensive support for selected startups in technology conversion, product development, market expansion, and investment management, leveraging its expert team and ecosystem resources. Hony Capital, as the fund manager of the Qianhai E-Hub, will focus on supporting innovative projects in the embodied intelligence sector and will open its resource network to provide comprehensive capital services to investee companies.
Industry Empowerment to Accelerate Technology Commercialization
VTech will contribute its resources from its R&D and New Product Introduction (NPI) center in Shenzhen, as well as its advanced manufacturing base in Dongguan, to offer a full range of services from design refinement to mass production.
