Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support in full spectrum of Human Resources functions;
- Responsible for full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding, employee engagement to off-boarding for the assigned business unit;
- Schedule meetings and candidate interviews;
- Perform data entry and other HR related logistics work;
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for HR related matters;
- Engage with hiring managers for right fit hiring based on right selection criteria;
- Maintain confidentially and privacy on employee welfare and personnel matters;
- Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HR functions;
- Coordinate the sports events with the organizing parties including but not limited to Dragon Boat Race, Sowers Action, Oxfam Trailwalker, Streetathon and Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon;
- Assist in HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
- 1-2 years of HR & administration related experience;
- Detail-minded, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight work schedule, hardworking, good communication skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and able to work independently;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing);
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
