The Board Diversity Policy sets out the Company's approach to achieve diversity on its Board of Directors, which is an essential element in our corporate strategy. Diversity is considered from multiple aspects, including but not limited to gender, age, cultural and educational background, skills, knowledge, industry and professional experience, business perspectives and the legitimate interests of the Company’s principal shareholders.

The Board Diversity Policy is subject to annual review by the Nomination Committee.
