Acoustic Engineer / Senior Acoustic Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electro‑acoustic systems for loudspeakers and related audio products

  • Perform acoustic simulation and analysis to support product design and optimization

  • Conduct full audio performance testing, including frequency response, distortion, and reliability

  • Optimize loudspeaker units and systems for frequency response, distortion, and overall sound quality

  • Design and tune speaker enclosures, including box design and acoustic structures

  • Define and validate loudspeaker T/S (Thiele/Small) parameters

  • Support prototype evaluation, design iteration, and transition to mass production

  • Collaborate closely with mechanical, electronic, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality

  • Provide technical support during production ramp‑up and mass production

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electro‑acoustic system design and mass production

  • Solid experience in acoustic simulation tools and practical application

  • Hands‑on experience with Klippel, Listen, or equivalent audio testing systems

  • Strong understanding of loudspeaker fundamentals, including:

    • T/S parameters

    • Speaker enclosure (box) design

    • Frequency response and distortion optimization

  • Experience with ported (vented) and multi‑way loudspeaker designs is an advantage

  • Proven ability to take products from concept through development to mass production
