Responsibilities

Design and develop electro‑acoustic systems for loudspeakers and related audio products

Perform acoustic simulation and analysis to support product design and optimization
-
Conduct full audio performance testing, including frequency response, distortion, and reliability
-
Optimize loudspeaker units and systems for frequency response, distortion, and overall sound quality
-
Design and tune speaker enclosures, including box design and acoustic structures
-
Define and validate loudspeaker T/S (Thiele/Small) parameters
-
Support prototype evaluation, design iteration, and transition to mass production
-
Collaborate closely with mechanical, electronic, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality

Provide technical support during production ramp‑up and mass production
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related field
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in electro‑acoustic system design and mass production
-
Solid experience in acoustic simulation tools and practical application
-
Hands‑on experience with Klippel, Listen, or equivalent audio testing systems
-
Strong understanding of loudspeaker fundamentals, including:

T/S parameters
-
Speaker enclosure (box) design
-
Frequency response and distortion optimization
-

Experience with ported (vented) and multi‑way loudspeaker designs is an advantage
-
Proven ability to take products from concept through development to mass production
