Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
- Assist in reviewing costing variances and work with operations teams on discrepancies
- Support month-end closing activities including accruals and inventory provisions
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Liaise with auditors and support interim and annual audit processes
- Support daily accounting and finance operations
- Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
- Professional qualification such as HKICPA / ACCA is preferred but not essential
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in manufacturing industry preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Basic understanding of inventory accounting
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure during month-end closing periods
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
