Responsibilities:

  • Lead & manage +20 China-based import/export team staff, ensuring compliant, timely delivery of all shipments;
  • Proven track record of leading successful shipping or logistics process; improvement or re-engineering projects;
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers, & global freight forwarder to optimize costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years in Shipping or logistics-related roles.
  • Knowledge of Chinese, Mexican, Malaysian customs, trade regulations, and China factory experience preferred;
  • SAP systems, data analysis tools, logistics software;
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-departmental project management skills;
  • Fluency in English, Putonghua languages beneficial.
