Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice to business units on the overall business and operational matters, including agreements and documents review, dispute resolutions
  • Provide legal advice to facilitate compliance with applicable international and local laws, rules and regulations regarding the Group’s business activities, products safety, and enhance corporate policies
  • Provide legal support to the Group and oversea subsidiaries
  • Manage and liaise with external counsels as required
  • Conduct legal research, maintain document database and provide administrative support

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience
  • In-house legal experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Experience in handling data privacy compliance in relation to EU, US, Canada, PRC and HK is an advantage
  • Hong Kong Listing Rules compliance experience is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferable.
