Responsibilities:

Assessing the effectiveness of supplier’s manufacturing operations.

Ensuring compliance with standards, identifying potential risks.
-
Driving suppliers’ process improvements, following their corrective actions.
-
A deep understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain logistics, EHS and so on.
-
Frequent travel to mainland China is needed.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree in System Engineering and Engineering Management, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related areas.

Professional certification is preferred (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFE).
-
5+ years of audit experience, with at least 3 years focused on electronic products manufacturing or factory environments.

Proven experience in conducting audits.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, quality assurance of electronic components and plastic material manufacturing process and so on.

Knowledge of ISO9000, 14000, 45000, Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) and so on.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical, hands-on approach.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to push suppliers for further improvement to ensure good quality.

Self-motivated, Ability to work independently and lead audit engagements from start to finish.
-
Willingness and ability to travel to mainland China(up to 70-90%).

Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Written in English is needed.
