Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with PRC plants, cross-functional project teams to plan, implement and manage the overall project scheduling and the new product development program from RFQ kick off and quotation preparation up to product delivery;
- A natural leader with excellent communication and good customer-facing skills, constantly and proactively checking on teams required to contribute towards an on-schedule, within-budget and to-specifications delivery;
- Cost management, monitor the cost of BOM, and lead for cost down;
- Act as primary account holder, regular communication to customer for all commercial issues including but not limited to outstanding topics, payment & ordering processing;
- Assist ad-hoc assignment and problem solving as required
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years working experience in OEM/ODM project management for electronic manufacturing industries;
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
- Self-motivated, passionate and a good team player;
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Mandarin;
- Literacy in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Project;
- Less experience will be considered as Program Officer;
- Willing to travel & stay 2 to 3 days per week in our PRC plant.
