New DECT 6.0 Line Delivers High-End Design, Technology Enhancements to Streamline Home Communication for Every Budget

Delivering ultra-modern design and other high-end features such as touch-sensitive buttons, the new LS6245 is the flagship of VTech's 2009 DECT cordless phone systems, all priced at under US$100. VTech's entire 2009 product line will be on display at the 2009 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, January 8-11, at the Palms Casino Resort.

Connected Luxury

LS6245 Combining Bluetooth connectivity with multiple handset expandability enables the LS6245 to perform like a two-line communication tool. As such, users can be on a landline call, while a second handset is in use for a cellular call. Combined with DECT technology performance, this new phone system gives users the best option for high-functionality with superior sound quality and range anywhere in the home.

The LS6245 is the next generation of VTech's industry-leading series of DECT 6.0 cordless phones, recognizable for their cutting-edge design and high-end features. The new phone system's unique design includes touchsensitive handset and base station buttons, a metallic finish and a large reverse LCD with white backlighting, making a striking design statement in any room.

Creative Customization

2009DECT The new 2009 DECT line also includes the newest evolution of the popular V Mix™ phone. VTech's new LS6217 enables users to customize their phones with interchangeable handset and base plates provided in three different colors (blue, silver, orange). For additional personalization, the handset's backplate can be easily changed with multiple pre-printed inserts provided with the system. Users can also use a simple online tool at www.vtechphones.com to create and print back panel artwork to express their unique design preferences.

LS6225

Rounding out VTech's 2009 lineup is a wide selection of new V.Style DECT 6.0 cordless phones in a variety of bundles and pricing options. This core lineup features a sleek and slim design that modern technology enthusiasts enjoy, while integrating the most sought-after cordless phone functions, such as caller ID, handset speakerphone for hands-free convenience, selectable ring tones and a 50-name/number phonebook directory. The V.Style LS6215 now offers touch technology in the base unit instead of traditional buttons for enhanced functionality.

VTech also offers other V.Style models to give consumers wallet-friendly alternatives to update old corded home phones to a DECT system, with bundled options that include extra handsets only requiring one phone jack (additional product details are below).
