About the Role
We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to join our engineering team and help shape the future of intelligent, connected devices. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of embedded firmware development, mobile application engineering, and AI-driven automation — building smarter products and accelerating how we design, test, and ship them.
You will leverage modern AI agent frameworks and coding assistants to automate development workflows, optimize firmware and software pipelines, and bring AI capabilities to edge devices and companion mobile apps. This is a unique opportunity to work across the full hardware-to-cloud stack while pioneering the use of agentic AI in real-world product engineering.
Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply — if you are curious, technically strong, and excited about AI-powered engineering, we want to hear from you. We provide mentorship and hands-on training to help you grow.
Responsibilities:
-
Develop and maintain embedded firmware for microcontrollers and SoC-based platforms (e.g., STM32, Qualcomm, ARM-based devices)
-
Design and implement AI automation pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows
-
Apply AI agent frameworks and coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate firmware and app development
-
Design and build test frameworks for automated firmware, application, and system-level testing
-
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) for automated builds, testing, and releases
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, QA, and product teams
-
Debug, profile, and optimize systems across the hardware-firmware-application stack
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
-
Solid programming fundamentals in C/C++ and Python
-
Understanding of embedded systems concepts (microcontrollers, peripherals, RTOS, or bare-metal development)
-
Familiarity with mobile application development is beneficial
-
Genuine interest in AI tools, automation, and agentic AI systems
-
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
Nice to have:
-
Experience with AI coding assistants or agent frameworks (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Devin, etc.)
-
Exposure to wireless protocols (Bluetooth LE, Wi-Fi, DECT)
-
Knowledge of CI/CD automation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker)
-
Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu development environments
-
Understanding of edge AI / ML model optimization for resource-constrained devices
-
Personal or academic projects involving embedded hardware, mobile apps, or AI
