Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
• Assist in reviewing costing variances and work with operations teams on discrepancies
• Support month-end closing activities including accruals and inventory provisions
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Liaise with auditors and support interim and annual audit processes
• Support daily accounting and finance operations
• Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
• Professional qualification such as HKICPA / ACCA is preferred but not essential
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in manufacturing industry preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Basic understanding of inventory accounting
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure during month-end closing periods
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
