Responsibilities:

• Technology & Ecosystem Strategy: Explore emerging robotics trends, research technologies, and build a strategic knowledge base. Actively network with research institutes and component suppliers across China to build a strong innovation ecosystem with technology understanding.

• Solution Development & Delivery: Use our technology ecosystem and knowledge base to propose complete solutions for customer inquiries.

• Competence Building: Focus on few identified technologies to develop the company’s core competencies and capture new market opportunities.

• Business Collaboration: Partner closely with Business Development and Strategic partner, providing deep technical expertise during client engagements, solution design, and proposal development.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Robotics, Computer Science, Control Systems, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on robotics development experience.

• Critical Mindset: A strong “Business-Technical” mindset—ability to translate technical features into clear business value. Customer-facing or pre-sales experience is a major plus.

• Language: Fluent in Putonghua; professional working proficiency in English.
