Pursuant to rule 13.51D of the Listing Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, an issuer must publish the procedures for shareholders to propose a person for election as a director on its website.

The Company sets out the procedures for shareholders to propose a person for election as a director pursuant to the Company's Bye-law and Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda.
