Responsibilities:

• Support the issue of annual corporate sustainability report complying with the GRI standard and the HKEX ESG Reporting Guide, including managing data collection system, data compilation and analysis and content development
• Assist the implementation of corporate sustainability initiatives and improvement plans
• Work closely with business units in monitoring the progress of VTech’s sustainability goals and targets
• Support the preparation of responses to external sustainability-related indices, award applications and customer requirements
• Research on latest development of corporate sustainability, disclosure requirements, policies and decarbonisation initiatives, benchmarking with industry best practices
• Maintain and update VTech’s sustainability website and media materials
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or other relevant disciplines, fresh graduates are welcomed
• Self-motivated, well-organised, with outstanding communication, analytical and research skills
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Familiarity in ESG reporting, GHG protocol and Science-based Targets will be an advantage
• Passion in corporate sustainability
• Occasionally travel to our Dongguan factories for 1 to 2 days
